 1. To accept apologies for absence through the Clerk.
2. To make Declarations of Interest.
3. To confirm and sign the minutes as a true record of the Council meeting held on 30th June 2021.
4. To consider any matters arising from the Minutes received above not reported elsewhere.
5. a) To receive the report and recommendations of the Cemetery task & finish group held on 28th July 2021.
b) To agree the outline Cemetery proposals.
6. To confirm and sign the minutes as a true record of the Planning Committee held on 11th August 2021.
7. To confirm and sign the minutes as a true record of the General Purposes Committee held 11th August 2021.
8. To receive the report and recommendations from the Finance Committee held on 1st September 2021.
9. To confirm and sign the minutes as a true record of the General Purposes Committee held 22nd September 2021.
10. To note planning applications dealt through the Planning Committee.
11. To acknowledge the letter and donation from Chirk Newsletter.
12. To discuss the ongoing issues with Chirk Surgery.
13. To consider offering Dementia Friends training.
14. To consider the Welsh Government Grant to fund further defibrillators.
15. To appoint a School Governor for:
a) Dee Valley Federation – Pentre School
b) Ysgol Y Waun
16. To decide on Chirk Town Council’s social media presence.
17. To decide on the future of the Bike track project.
18. To receive oral reports from Local Members – Wrexham CBC.
19. To receive the report of the Clerk – includes updates, correspondence & speed sign data.
20. To decide upon appeals for financial assistance received.
21. To seek approval of payments made between 26.06.2021 to 20.09.2021
