AN ORDINARY MEETING

CHIRK TOWN COUNCIL

will be held at the

PARISH HALL CHIRK

1.         To accept apologies for absence through the clerk.

2.         To make Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda.

3.         To confirm and sign the minutes as a true record of the meeting held on 29th November 2017.

4.         To consider any matters arising from the Minutes received above not reported elsewhere.

5.         To consider Budget for 2018/19.

6.         To agree the Precept for Chirk Town Council for 2018/19.

7.         To receive the oral report of the Clerk – includes correspondence.

8.         To present items for inclusion on the next agenda.
